**Please note that all Battery lines DO NOT qualify shipping at this time. Batteries are generally considered hazardous and need to ship via freight truck most of the time and require hazmat markings and unfortunately due to the high freight charges we will not be shipping batteries at this time.
*****IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ****
We will ship starters and alternators within the Continental United States. Unfortunately, starters and alternators tend to be heavy at times and sometimes do get damaged in transit. If you wish to add insurance to your order please let us know by giving us a call and we can provide you with a price.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please ensure you report it to the delivery personnel and to us immediately.
If you fail to report the damage to the delivery personnel and fill out a damage report at the time of delivery, we may not be able to complete a claim for your item.
If you receive an item via a trucking company, they WILL NOT release the shipment without a signature. Please inspect your item for damage BEFORE signing for it. If the shipment is signed for free and clear of damage, we cannot go back after the delivery and file a claim. In this case, MPAKS Solutions will not be liable for any cost to replace the damaged product.
